The Great Wall of China at Juyong Guan Pass, 50 km outside of Beijing

This is a travel blog. This is a photography blog. This is where I combine my love of seeing the world with my love of capturing the moments when I am in the world. I suppose it’s about time that I actually pay some attention to it. What better time then upon my arrival home from 10 days in the most foreign place I have ever visited: China. Specifically, I visited three cities as different from each other as they are the same: Shanghai, Xi’an, and Beijing. Over the next few weeks I will tell you the story of my visit to The East through words and through images. I hope you enjoy it.
